Lung Cancer Screening:

Single Pulmonary Nodule

Suspected Lung Cancer or Symptomatic Patient

                Initial Clinical Evaluation Pulmonary Medicine, Thoracic Oncology, or 

                Medical Oncology           

                Imaging- contrasted CT, PET, MRI Brain

                Tissue Diagnosis- Primary site, Nodes or metastatic site

                           Sufficient for tissue subtype and if appropriate, molecular testing

                Staging- IIIB or less- mediastinal staging with EBUS or mediastinscopy

                Evaluation for initial management options:

                Patient co-morbidities: Pulmonary , Cardiac , other

                Resectability

                Other options- CMT , Radiation, pre or post op
